since announcing the shop closing, i don’t know how many times i’ve been asked where you can get the things we sold. well here is a list of vendors for all your knitting, crochet, and needlepoint needs.

once the shop is closed, i will shop at THE TWISTED PURL in conway or KNIT UNTO OTHERS in arkadelphia. these two shops carry many of the some wonderful we have carried in the last 5 years. plus all the needles and patterns your heart desires.

CHIAOGOO

we loved chiaogoo needles so much that it was all we carried. you can get your chiaogoo fix at THE TWISTED PURL, KNIT UNTO OTHERS  or MOCKINGBIRD MOON!

PATTERNS ON RAVELRY

NEEDLEPOINT

THE STITCHER’S GARDEN in conway carries DMC pearl cotton #3 and #5 plus kreinik braid and rainbow gallery threads (very velvet, wisper for santa’s beard, and frosty rays). they also carry handpainted canvases and preworked canvases. and tons of threads we never got around to carrying. go check ‘me out!

THE SHEPHERD’S NEEDLE (at markham and bowman) is technically cross stitch but she has some wonderful threads and beads.

elizabeth bradley tapestry wool is sold through ELIZABETHBRADLEY.COM. no other shop in the state or the region sells that specific wool but they might have an excellent substitute!

silk & ivory is available at many needlepoint shops around the country. check out the WHERE TO BUY feature on the brown paper packages’ website.

FINISHING

topsy has been finishing your needlepoint stocking and pillows for over 40 years. and she will still do that. now you will be able to drop off and pick up at CYNTHIA EAST FABRICS.
